Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Antitrust Senior Counsel to join our legal team. The candidate should have a deep understanding of antitrust laws, a proven track record in handling complex legal competition matters, and excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on antitrust and competition matters.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external antitrust investigations.
• Represent CNH in legal proceedings and before regulatory authorities.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to address antitrust issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with antitrust regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Stay updated on antitrust laws and regulations and provide internal training on these topics.

Experience Required

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in Competition law, preferably in an international law firm.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Experience in managing experts and discovery processes.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the industrial sector.
• Experience in complex litigation and proceedings.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
