Lead and contribute to development of new technologies and processes for brazed and fusion bonded plate heat exchangers Analyze customer applications to identify opportunities for product and process innovation Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Sales, and Manufacturing to translate customer needs into technical solutions Optimize product performance and value through innovative design and process improvements Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to heat exchangers Identify and pursue innovation opportunities within product and process development Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders Support knowledge sharing and competence development within the organization Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent qualification Proven ability to develop innovative solutions and optimize processes Solid technical knowledge in heat exchanger design and technology Knowledge of heat transfer and thermodynamics Customer‑oriented mindset with ability to address application requirements Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Fluent in English (written and spoken) Ability to work effectively in a complex, international environment
