Lenze Automation Camp 2025 kicks off on October 1
If you’ve just completed your degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics or a related field, this could be your next big step.
Over two years, you’ll explore what automation really means in practice.
>> It starts with six months at our headquarters in Hamelin, Germany, where you’ll learn alongside ten young engineers from around the world.
New city, new crew, new skills: living together in a shared flat, you’ll grow as a team from day one.
>> Then it’s time to hit the ground running at our international subsidiaries. You’ll take on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and work with technologies that drive machines and entire industries.
Your background matters, but what counts most is curiosity, motivation, and a drive to learn.
At Lenze, training means rolling up your sleeves – in motion control, software engineering, robotics, and beyond. And yes, fun is part of the deal – with sports, events, and team activities built into the program.
