INNOITALY SRL is a start-up founded in October 2023 that focuses on designing, developing, planning, and producing energetically autonomous and batteryless sensory devices within a circular economy, including data processing, both embedded on the sensor with AI and on the cloud and blockchain.


Innoitaly is a spin-off of Check Up , an italian manufacturing company with more than thirty years of experience in technology analysis and consulting aimed at the design, industrialization, and implementation of innovative solutions for improving production, data collection and analysis, and consequently increasing system efficiency. The partnership between Check Up and Innoitaly combines technological expertise to offer highly integrated and sustainable projects. The proposed solutions benefit from reduced energy costs and simplified maintenance, thereby increasing overall productivity.


Innoitaly is looking for an APPLICATION ENGINEER for the new office located in ROVERETO (Trento)


Responsibilities


  • Follow various phases of product development, such as Architecture definition, Specification definition, Test plan implementation, and electrical characterization/validation of the devices
  • Contribute to the definition of new products by leveraging knowledge of new applications as the main factor for innovation
  • The candidate will have continuous interaction with customers through meetings/calls and on-site support and will also prepare the required documents (such as Application Notes and evaluation board) to facilitate product design and promotion at the customers


Qualifications


  • Master‘s level degree in Electronic Engineering or PhD
  • English fluency and basic Italian
  • Strong technical knowledge in analog and digital electronics
  • The ideal candidate is a team player who works well in collaborative situations and challenging environments; has a strong problem-solving approach, results orientation, a sense of urgency, and proactivity skills
  • Previous experience
  • Since most of the jobs will be conducted on the bench, good laboratory skills and/or attitude are required to work in a laboratory environment.
  • In addition, he/she shall know industry-standard software for PCB design and simulation (Cadence, Orcad, Altium, etc.) and software tools to aid the automatic characterization/validation process (Labview, Matlab, etc.)
  • A methodic approach into the execution of the required tests is needed as well as knowledge sharing with our stakeholders/Technical Community
