Application Team Lead

As Applications Team Lead, you will lead a multinational team of Application Managers responsible for maximizing business value realization through effective application management.

How you´ll make an impact

• Responsible for strategy and operations of applications for the business unit, including HR management and budgeting.
• Lead service and project teams.
• Ensure proper organization, staffing, skills, and direction within HR support; promote strategic organizational development.
• Guide, motivate, and develop direct subordinates in line with HR policies.
• Establish stable end-to-end service delivery for globally used applications according to ITIL4 standards.
• Support IT implementation projects.
• Create governance structures and conduct service/project reviews according to global standards.
• Manage external vendor contracts and ensure compliance with internal controls, especially for ICoFR-relevant applications.

Your background

• 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in global companies.
• At least 3 years managing third-party providers on a global scale.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
