We are looking for an Applied AI / Solutions Engineer to design and deploy enterprise AI solutions based on Generative AI, RAG architectures, and advanced agentic workflows.
Key Activities
- Analyze client requirements and design end-to-end AI architectures
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POC) and Minimum Viable Products (MVP)
- Design and implement RAG pipelines and advanced prompt engineering workflows
- Build and orchestrate AI agents and multi-agent systems
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, legacy systems, databases, and APIs
- Support deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI systems in production
- Evaluate AI models and technologies based on performance, scalability, cost, and compliance requirements
- Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related roles
- Strong Python skills
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying RAG systems
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangChain Agents
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design
- Experience building APIs with FastAPI
- Familiarity with asynchronous architectures and messaging systems (e.g. RabbitMQ)
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs
⭐ Nice to Have
- AWS or Azure experience/certifications
- Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and data security
- Experience with Docker and cloud-native deployments
- Experience with multimodal AI solutions and open-source LLMs
