Applied Data Scientist

As a Senior Applied Data Scientist at team.blue, you will develop data science and ML solutions to solve real-world problems across the group. You will own end-to-end ML/AI projects, from concept to deployment, and translate model outcomes into measurable business impact. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to apply GenAI and traditional ML methods to drive ROI and improve key metrics. Break down multi-domain business problems and select methods to drive ROI and impact metrics Develop data science and ML solutions including GenAI to solve business problems Own end-to-end ML/AI project lifecycle from conception to deployment Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights for stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative DS/ML/AI solutions Research and apply latest DS/ML/AI developments to improve systems Document processes, code, and findings for knowledge sharing 8+ years hands-on industry experience solving DS/ML problems across multiple verticals Expert programming in Python and SQL plus DS/ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, Pandas, PyTorch) Strong foundation in statistical concepts and ML algorithms from classic to deep learning and LLMs Ability to own end-to-end lifecycle of ML/AI projects including deployment and monitoring History of delivering production-ready projects with measurable business impact Experience applying statistical concepts to business problems (regressions, A/B tests, clustering) Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to craft persuasive analyses Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams As a Senior Applied Data Scientist at team.blue, you will develop data science and ML solutions to solve real-world problems across the grou
