Job Title: Procurement Supervisor
Location: Lavis, Italy
salary range:3000 -5000 EUR per month
Position Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Supervisor to join our team in Lavis, Italy. This role is responsible for managing regional procurement activities, supplier coordination, administrative and financial compliance, customs clearance processes, and cross-functional support to ensure smooth and compliant supply chain operations within the EU regulatory framework.
Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement Management
• Develop and execute regional procurement requirements and place purchase orders through the company ERP system
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships, including RFQs (Request for Quotation), order follow-up, and return management
• Monitor supplier performance, manage delivery schedules, and resolve delays or quality/operational issues
• Ensure supply continuity and operational stability across the supply chain
2. Administrative & Financial Management
• Review supplier invoices to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Record and manage customer service requests and after-sales documentation
• Maintain material delivery schedules and logistics-related documentation
• Process employee travel expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies
• Monitor warranty service execution and related administrative obligations
3. Customs & Import/Export Compliance
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth import/export clearance processes
• Manage customs-controlled operations (including bonded or processing trade activities where applicable)
• Ensure all documentation complies with EU customs and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper records of invoices, bills of lading, and compliance documentation
4. Vehicle Registration & Cross-functional Coordination
• Oversee vehicle registration and deregistration processes in compliance with local regulations
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and administration teams to support supply chain execution
• Drive cross-functional problem solving and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, or administrative roles (manufacturing or equipment industry preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems, customs clearance processes, and logistics coordination
• Strong data management skills, process optimization mindset, and problem-solving ability
• Proven experience working in cross-functional environments with strong communication skills
• Vocational diploma or higher education qualification
• Valid Category B driving license required
