We are looking for an experienced Lean Specialist to identify, plan, support and execute activities to reduce and eliminate waste in order to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety among the related processes. Methodologies and tools such as Kaizen, 5S+1, SMED, TPM/OEE, VSM, Work balance & Yamazumi, Shop Floor Management (Visual management), Problem Solving approach, LPA and others are essential for cross‑functional teamwork, training, and initiative support.
Your Impact
Plan and implement continuous improvement plans and work, verify safety aspects, plan budgets, and monitor costs through management of work accounts, company policies, and law compliance.
Propose strategies for APS implementation, defining techniques, tools, and approach in cooperation with other team members and supporting the manager.
Manage budgeting, data sheets, and technical reviews with suppliers when necessary, interfacing with other areas and departments to plan and execute activities.
Update global dashboards and data systems, and interface with external consultants.
Interface with AGCO Global partners and colleagues to share best practices, align initiatives, and perform trainings and coaching.
Your Experience And Qualifications
Degree in Engineering.
3+ years’ experience in Continuous Improvement activities.
Strong skills in Shop Floor Experience, Lean Knowledge, Problem‑Solving, Knowledge of Energy / Drive stakeholders’ management, Communication Skills and Business Case Results (lean).
Experience with lean implementation and training on the job.
Proficiency in Italian and fluency in English.
