Architectural Project Manager

Role Description

We are looking for Architectural Project Managers with experience in retail design, and with a keen eye for details to join our team in Rome.

Responsibilities

• definition of design objectives, timings and budgets of multiple projects simultaneously;
• coordination and control of design phases and all involved parties;
• management of third-party vendors and consultants (arrange meetings, quotations, invoicing);
• management of tenders, review of contracts and negotiation with contractors;
• coordination between contractors, review and approval of construction drawings;
• drafting of reports following project / construction site meetings;
• drafting of reports to monitor progress of projects / construction sites;
• timing and cost control from design phase to construction;
• off-site and on-site production and construction management.

Technical requirements

• ability to sketch layouts and details by hand;
• previous experience in project management or in a similar role (min. 5 years);
• professional use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and other project management software;
• good knowledge of AutoCAD (2D design, layout setting);
• competence in (interior) architecture design and executive phases;
• basic knowledge of specialised technical disciplines (MEP, etc.);
• professional knowledge of the English language, spoken and written.
