Role Description The Architecture Specialist will work on-site in Golem, Kavaje in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to develop and refine architectural solutions. This role includes creating and reviewing architectural designs, drawings, and specifications that align with project requirements, regulations, and budget constraints. The Architecture Specialist will support solution architecture and integration of design elements across disciplines, ensuring consistency, feasibility, and constructability. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, participating in project meetings, addressing design issues that arise during construction, and providing technical guidance to ensure quality and compliance. The role also involves preparing and maintaining documentation, contributing to design standards, and supporting continuous improvement of architectural processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience translating concepts into detailed, buildable plans.
• Proficiency in Solution Architecture and Integration to align architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and other project systems.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners and to present design concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with architectural design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms) and familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working on construction or building projects, preferably in an on-site environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
