AREA MANAGER - EUROPE
Manage the geographical area assigned (in Europe) with the purpose of achieving the given targets of growth, revenues and profit.
Responsibilities
Execute sales in the assigned area/accounts needed to achieve the strategy targets.
Carry out sales forecasts and profit analysis
Administrative & Operational support
Further develop sales on existing clients in the territory
Follow-up on folders, price collection & store check on the field
Identify gaps and opportunities in product pipeline
Monitoring of Competitors in the assigned Area
Support for the internal development of new projects, costs, follow-up, development with TO
Liaise with the internal departments to assure client expectations
Suggest improvements for the business process
Requirements:
Fluency in English is a prerequisite
University degree
5+years of experience in the Sales
2 +years of experience in the FMCG market
Good knowledge of the Italian market
Solid analytical and financial skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
SAP
Excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Willing to travel
Self-starter
Highly organized and able to work under pressure
Natural team player
