Responsibilities

  • Manage and consolidate the assigned customer portfolio, building strong and long‑term relationships, understanding their technical and commercial needs.
  • Support and coordinate international agents and distributors, in close collaboration with the in‑house Sales team, ensuring their alignment with business strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets in the reference area.
  • Work with the in‑house Sales team and Customer Service to ensure effective order, delivery, and operational management.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance analysis and trade forecasts.

Requirements

Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Naval Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • Established experience in business roles in the relevant industry, with responsibility for business development and managing key customers.
  • Ability to manage relationships with shipowners, shipyards or comparable industrial customers.
  • In‑depth knowledge of international maritime markets and B2B trade dynamics.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing contracts of relevant value.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office package and commercial reporting.
  • Budget management and sales forecasting skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Availability for frequent international travel and client meetings.

  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Compensation Package

Permanent, full‑time, RAL hiring and grading commensurate with the experience gained.
