Area Sales Manager North-East Italy (all genders)
North-East Italy (Triveneto) | full time | permanent
To further expand our business in Italy, we are seeking an Area Sales Manager North-East Italy as soon as possible.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Drive sales development in your designated district, reporting directly to the International Sales Manager based in Germany.
- Manage existing customers through sales and product training, regular visits, merchandising support, and technical product expertise.
- Increase brand and product presence at trade fairs, professional tool dealers, and similar retailers.
- Identify and acquire new customers in various market segments (e.g., electrical installation, construction, automotive, plumbing).
- Conduct joint visits with customers' sales teams, including end-user visits and product demonstrations/training.
- Analyze market, customer, and competitor data in the region.
- 3-4 days per week "on the road" with 1-2 home office days.
Preferred Profile & Skills
- Successfully completed degree or comparable commercial education, ideally with a focus on marketing and sales.
- At least three years of professional experience in sales, preferably with technical products or tools.
- Proven track record in building relationships with distributors and end-users.
- Experience in digital sales, marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
- Fluent in English.
