Role Overview Our Market leading client in the motorcycles business is entering a new era of growth, combining iconic British design and engineering with the backing and global ambition. We are seeking a commercially driven Area Sales Manager South Italy to lead sales growth and dealer network development across South Italy. Key Responsibilities Dealer and Network Development Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retail partners across the region Identify opportunities to enhance network performance, standards, and customer experience Assess network coverage and support partner onboarding, development, or optimization Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and after-sales teams to drive network growth Sales Leadership Drive delivery of retail and wholesale performance across motorcycles, accessories, and commercial programmes Partner with dealers to execute high-quality sales plans (launches, campaigns, pipeline) Monitor performance (KPIs, demand, stock) and proactively steer corrective actions Ensure excellence in dealer readiness for product xpavfwm launches (training, POS, brand execution) Lead and develop Area Sales Managers to elevate regional performance Key requirements At least 4 to 5 years of experience in the motorcycles industry is required Responsibility across South Italy Region - Preferred Rome Based Strong knowledge of dealer network management and development Driving licenses: A & B Agile, flexible mindset; dynamic and adaptable to change High level of independence and autonomy Travel requirement: around 80%
