Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and grow the dealer and distribution network in your region (Italy + Balkan) Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners and customers Drive and close sales opportunities in collaboration with partners and key end customers Conduct customer visits, presentations, demos, and represent the company at trade fairs and events Prepare quotations and support tenders and bid strategies Maintain and document all sales activities in the CRM system and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting Collaborate closely with Marketing, Service, SCM, and Product Management Monitor market trends and competitors to derive growth and pricing strategies

Your profile

3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in capital goods, machinery, or industrial solutions Proven experience in channel sales with dealers and distributors Excellent Italian and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus) Strong MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho) Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills Structured, independent, and results‑oriented working style High willingness to travel within the region (approx. 40–60%) Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions An innovative and international working environment
