We look for a senior engineer, not just a developer, who has built, maintained and scaled high‑traffic production systems. The candidate must have deployed real production products, closed the full data‑to‑model cycle, and possess an AI‑first mindset: designing architecture, choosing tools, rapidly iterating, and delivering results without creating friction.
Responsabilità
Design, develop, and maintain high‑traffic AI/ML production systems. Translate business objectives into scalable architectures and code. Build, train, optimize, and deploy machine‑learning models across cloud platforms. Implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines, including data engineering, feature engineering, and MLOps practices. Monitor production models, detect drift, and perform retraining as needed. Collaborate with product, design, and data teams in a cross‑functional, agile environment. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to open‑source or Kaggle challenges.
Competenze tecniche richieste
Python: production‑ready code, clean architecture, testing, CI/CD (Git, GitHub Actions). Machine‑learning algorithms: supervised and unsupervised, ready to solve various problems and reusable across multiple use cases. Data preparation and feature engineering: Pandas, NumPy. Deep learning: PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, training and optimizing CNN, RNN, Transformer architectures for NLP and Computer Vision (e.g., BERT, GPT, YOLO). Mathematics & statistics: linear algebra, probability, inferential statistics for model validation and bias detection. MLOps & deployment: ML pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud serving (AWS, GCP, Azure), autoscaling, cost control. Data engineering: SQL, NoSQL, robust pipelines, data quality, vector and graph databases (e.g., Qdrant, Neo4j). Observability & governance: monitoring, drift detection, metrics, retraining, model versioning (MLflow, DVC). Automated coding tools and workflow orchestration: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Apache Airflow. LLM & RAG: experience or strong interest in generative AI, large‑scale fine‑tuning (SageMaker, Vertex AI). Security, privacy, responsible AI: PII redaction, OWASP for ML, compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001. English: professional spoken and written; native proficiency preferred for the AI‑first role.
