Artwork & Packaging Support (Temporary Contract)
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the creation and updating of artwork, ensuring all required elements for printed packaging components are present and in line with relevant requirements.
- Coordinate with planning departments to guarantee artwork availability for timely procurement of all production components needed to meet sales coverage targets.
- Support quality management of artwork, quickly reporting any issues that might cause delays in supply chain and production processes.
- Assist in collecting data to monitor daily progress on artwork preparation, aligning with business plans and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Actively participate, alongside the Team, in managing artwork requests within specific projects to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma in Graphic design.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or cosmetics company.
- Very good knowledge in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good knowledge of English (B1 level).
- Great ability to learn, problem solving, flexibility and collaboration skills.
Our offer:
- Inizial fixed-term contract of one year.
- Salary between € 29.000 and € 37.000.
