ASPP
for a leading company in the Automotive sector:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE ASPP supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Health and Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. They contribute to the identification and assessment of workplace risks, the development of preventive and protection measures, and the promotion of a safety culture. The ASPP collaborates with the RSPP Coordinator, the management, and the employees to ensure a safe working environment, actively participating in training, inspections, and incident reporting activities (injuries, accidents and near misses).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Support the RSPP in implementing health and safety policies and procedures. Assist in hazard identification, risk assessment, and development of preventive/protective measures. Contribute to safety documentation updates, including the Risk Assessment Document (DVR), the emergency plan and the subcontractors’ interference (DUVRI). Participate in safety inspections, audits and incident reporting. Help organize mandatory training and promote safety awareness. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance with safety regulations (D.lgs. 81/08). Provide support for safety training and awareness programs. Maintain the applications’ database to support the Health and Safety Management System.
WORK-RELATED EXPERIENCE 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety within industrial, manufacturing, or service environments, preferably in multiplant contest. Familiarity with risk assessment processes, safety inspections, and incident reporting. Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations and standards.
WORK-RELATED KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS Completion of the specific safety courses: ASPP (Module A and B) Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Safety Engineering, Prevention Techniques in the Environment and in the Workplace Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations (D.lgs. 81/08, UNI ISO 45001) and risk management principles. Familiarity with safety documentation (DVR, DUVRI, SDS) and related procedures. Ability to conduct basic risk assessments and support safety inspections. Understanding of workplace hazards (chemical, physical, ergonomic) and preventive measures. Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
