For an international high-tech manufacturing organization in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for an Assembly Technician who wants to contribute to innovative technologies used in industries such as semiconductors, medical technology, industrial automation, analytical equipment, and advanced electronics.

This organization is a global specialist in integrated manufacturing solutions, supporting leading technology companies with the production and assembly of highly complex mechanical, electromechanical, and precision-engineered products. What will you do?

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling high-tech mechanical and mechatronic systems according to technical specifications, drawings, and work instructions. You will work with precision components and ensure that all products meet strict quality and performance standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling mechanical, electromechanical, and mechatronic modules and systems
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, assembly instructions, and work procedures
• Performing functional tests and quality inspections during and after assembly
• Working with precision tools, measuring equipment, and assembly fixtures
• Identifying deviations and reporting quality or technical issues
• Collaborating closely with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and assembly process optimization
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment

What do we expect from you?

• MBO-level education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical field
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a technical environment
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills in English
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Technical affinity and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
