Job Description:

At K&L Gates, we are seeking talented associates (up to 4 years PQE) to join our Asset Management and Investment Funds (AMIF) practice in Milan.

The successful candidate will have experience in fund formation (contractual and statutory), fund transactions, units and share deals, management company replacements, authorization procedures, outsourcing, and compliance issues, with exposure to regulatory and transactional law.

Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills in Italian and English, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Mentoring and growth opportunities will be provided.
