Experteer Overview

In this role you will support governance, standardisation and optimisation of asset management across Nadara’s international portfolio. You’ll collaborate with country teams and central functions to improve operational performance, ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. You will link asset management activities to ESG and sustainability goals, while contributing to major portfolio initiatives. This position offers exposure to energy market dynamics, ERP-driven processes and cross‑functional collaboration. You will help shape portfolio-wide strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new assets.

Retribuzione / Benefits

  • Set standards for asset management and SPV governance processes; conduct internal and external audits
  • Oversee O&M strategy implementation at portfolio level and evaluate performance and OPEX savings
  • Manage global framework agreements and related metrics (LDs/Bonus, energy off-take reporting)
  • Coordinate budgeting and OPEX tracking with Planning & Control
  • Guide the asset management team in using company systems to ensure policy compliance
  • Interface with Energy Markets to support dispatching/trading strategies at portfolio level
  • Provide technical advisory for strategic portfolio initiatives (warehouse, refinancing, ERP hierarchy)
  • Oversee onboarding of new assets and ensure smooth development, construction, and commissioning phases
  • Identify OPEX/CAPEX savings through portfolio-level business analysis with area managers
  • Support growth and other COO teams with inputs for revamping, repowering, and colocation initiatives
  • Act as focal point for ESG reporting and sustainability communications to headquarters
  • Handle portfolio operations projects requiring seniority for regulatory compliance and external stakeholders
  • Promote HSQE standards across the portfolio and foster safety and sustainability culture

Responsabilità

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in power/energy
  • Deep understanding of on-site O&M activities and QHSE duties
  • Strong knowledge of energy market dynamics
  • Experience with complex ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 valued
  • Advanced IT skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Solid grasp of accounting principles including IFRS
  • Experience with budgeting, cost tracking and OPEX management
  • Technical background in management/engineering or related fields; MBA/economics is a plus
