We are looking for a motivated and proactive Assistant Brand Manager to join our Global Brand team in Florence, Italy. This role will report to the Global Marketing Innovation Manager. She/he will work closely with the central & international teams including Product Development, Operations, Design and Commercial teams to develop concepts and plans that build the brand portfolio, enhance the customer experience, increase brand awareness and drive the conversion of our iconic Dr. Vranjes Firenze fragrances across the world.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Support the Innovation Manager to design product launches and marketing toolboxes that build the business and fuel Brand growth establishing DrVranjes as Fragrance House in all our international markets
- Work with External Partners and Markets around the world to develop marketing activities that elevate brand image/awareness and support the brand’s growth
- Design retail/instore plans and experiences that support Global Marketing strategies and calendar while elevating the Brand Identity
- Be the Marketing point of reference to support internal departments and guide external partners on the experiential execution of the Brand identity to build awareness across all touchpoints.
- Track competitor activity and identify threats and opportunities for our Brand, sharing key insights, learnings, and recommendations with wider teams
- Support the day-to-day business management of the Brand as needed
Requisiti e competenze:
- A self-learning approach shown through innovativeness , creativity and curiosity to identify new ways of building brand awareness, engaging with consumers and anticipating new trends
- Result oriented with problem-solving skills: take initiative, anticipate next steps, offer solutions in an agile and fast pace environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with exquisite attention to detail
- Interest in and sensitivity to the fragrance/beauty or luxury goods industries
- 1-3 years of Brand, or Marketing experience. Proven Brand/marketing experience in an international organisation is a plus but not mandatory
- Fluency in English and Italian required
Role located near Florence (Antella) with flexible working (3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote).
