Assistant Contract Officer

Randstad Italia Inhouse Services is currently recruiting an Assistant Contracts Officer for a high-profile international client based in Frascati (RM) operating in aerospace.

Annual Salary: 40000€ - 50000€

esperienza

da 3 a 5 anni

It would be an asset:

• Knowledge of SAP;
• Knowledge of French;
• Working experience in an international environment.

An initial fixed-term contract of one year with the possibility of extension is offered.

The post holder will assist and provide support to one or more Contracts Officers in procurement actions and contracts up to financial limits defined by the organisation’s Contracts Department in Direct Negotiation and Open Competition, in particular in the following tasks:

• Preparing requests for offers/invitations to tender;
• Participating in the evaluation of offers and tenders;
• Preparing and negotiating the resulting contracts;
• Participating in the monitoring of the execution of the contracts;
• Dealing with administrative, contractual, legal and industrial problems arising from the procurements concerned.
