Responsibilities:
• Front desk and visitor management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, handle mail and courier services, and maintain a professional reception area.
• Administrative support: Assist with day-to-day operations including filing, office supply purchasing, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Inventory management: Help manage warehouse and stock levels, including tracking inventory, labeling items, and conducting regular stock checks.
• Shipping and logistics: Prepare documentation for outgoing shipments, coordinate packing and delivery, and ensure accurate and timely logistics execution.
• Translation & language support: Provide translation or communication assistance in Italian, English, and optionally Chinese when needed.
• Assist with other general operations and tasks as assigned by the team or supervisor.
Requirements:
• Fluent in both Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in administration, customer service, logistics, or office support roles is preferred.
• Proactive, reliable, and well-organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Chinese language skills are a strong plus, particularly for cross-cultural communication.
• Working hours to be determined based on actual workload and mutual agreement, with flexibility as needed
