For a client in the food GDO sector, we are seeking:
Assistant Store Manager GDO - New Opening - Casalecchio di Reno
You will be part of a multinational food GDO company opening a new store.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising staff, including control, organization, and motivation of team members
- Managing order entry, unloading, and merchandising within the store following company guidelines
- Monitoring the store's economic performance alongside the Store Manager
Qualifications and characteristics:
- Previous experience in food GDO in managerial roles
- Team management skills, good interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability
- Strong goal orientation and passion for the sector
- Aptitude for managerial and operational activities
Work schedule: 6 days a week, full-time 40 hours or part-time 30 hours
Contract details:
- Permanent contract directly with the client company
- Reference CCNL: Commerce
- Salary and benefits: Level 3, RAL based on candidate experience
Work location: Casalecchio di Reno (BO)
