Job Description: Assistant Store Manager GDO - Pordenone/Cordenons

Company: Grafton Retail&GDO, a specialization of Gi Group Spa, authorized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies.

Sector: GDO alimentare (food retail)

Team: Dedicated to enhancing candidate experiences, skills, and potential in retail and large distribution sectors.

Objective: To support candidates in finding roles aligned with their skills and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising staff, including control, organization, and motivation of resources.
• Managing order entries, unloading, and merchandising within the store according to company guidelines.
• Monitoring the store's economic performance in collaboration with the Store Director.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food retail management roles, such as Store Director.
• Team management skills, good interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong goal orientation and passion for the sector.
• Disposition for managerial and operational activities.

Work Details:

• Hours: 6 days out of 7, full-time (40 hours) or part-time (30 hours).
• Contract: Permanent, directly with the client company.
• Category: CCNL of Commerce, Level 3, salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
