Isabel Marant is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager for its La Rinascente store in Milan, a 40-hour week. You will assist the Store Manager in organizing and managing the store and lead the sales team on the floor to meet targets.
Responsibilities include upholding the brand image, training staff, driving turnover, analyzing KPIs, stock management, and maintaining visual standards. The position starts mid-August for six months, renewable.
