• At least 24 months experience in sports/fashion retail, with 12+ months in assistant store management
• Leadership skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Understanding of Visual Merchandising
• Team development skills
• Ability to maintain store processes and handle interpersonal situations professionally
• Proficiency in English and MS Office
• Performance monitoring and KPI management
