Purpose & Objective

AMIRI is seeking a talented Assistant Store Manager for its upcoming store in Milan. This key leadership role will support retail business objectives by focusing on:

  • In-Store Operations

The ASM will report to the Store Manager and serve as a charismatic leader, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will embody the AMIRI brand values, including compassionate leadership, business acumen, and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate understands that quality customer service and teamwork are paramount, regardless of store busyness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage actively on the sales floor, developing the team.
  2. Analyze store metrics such as sales and inventory levels.
  3. Ensure high sell-through by collaborating with the corporate team on stock and product launches.
  4. Lead daily team meetings to communicate updates and motivate staff.
  5. Provide detailed reports to relevant parties.
  6. Work with Retail Operations to maintain efficient store processes.
  7. Capture meaningful client data to foster relationships and develop opportunities.
  8. Monitor and report on the Client Management database.
  9. Understand and track relevant retail KPIs.
  10. Participate in team evaluations, training, and development.
  11. Ensure compliance with laws, safety regulations, HR practices, and operational standards.
  12. Promote a professional, positive, and transparent work environment.
  13. Assist in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new team members.
  14. Support community events and product launches.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Familiarity with the luxury market, sales reporting, and trend analysis.
  • Experience leading retail teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong customer-service focus.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Brand awareness is a plus.
