Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales objectives
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
• Develop loyalty with clients by building long-lasting relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in retail
• Exceptional communication skills, energetic, organised, proactive approach and with an influential personality
• The ability to lead and motivate others is key to success
• English language is a must
