For a client in the Fashion Retail sector, we are seeking:
Assistant Store Manager - Womenswear Brand - Roma
If you are passionate about assisted sales in dynamic environments, you will be placed in a store specializing in women's clothing.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in supervising the team, managing customer relations, and sales activities; responsible for customer loyalty and increasing the store's client base.
- Maintain the store, oversee layout and stock management according to company directives; also handle staff training and motivation.
- Analyze store performance indicators, manage product reordering and stock replenishment.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in structured retail environments.
- Excellent communication skills, friendliness, flexibility, adaptability, analytical mindset, and leadership qualities.
- Good teamwork skills, with the ability to perform operational tasks on the floor.
- Ability to interpret economic data and monitor KPIs.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours, from Monday to Sunday in shifts.
Contract Offer: Temporary agency contract with prospects for permanence.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Workplace: Rome
