Organise and oversee all travel arrangements — from flights and accommodation to itineraries and on-the-ground logistics
You have at least 3 years’ experience supporting a senior executive and feel comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
You are fluent in English and Italian, and communicate clearly, elegantly, and confidently — both written and spoken
You have a strong sense of style and aesthetic judgement, and feel at home in a creative, luxury-driven world
You are confident with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and digital tools, and comfortable handling budgets and data
