Malo S.R.L. is a historic Italian luxury brand, renowned for its exceptional cashmere garments. Under new ownership since 2025, we are relaunching with a renewed, modern vision while preserving our artisanal heritage. As part of this exciting transformation, we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Milan boutique.

Role

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for welcoming and assisting both local and international customers, managing sales operations, and supporting the day-to-day activities of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience and sales consulting
• Maintain basic administrative tasks (sales reports, receipts, inventory)
• Support daily boutique operations, including stock handling and restocking
• Cashier operations (opening, closing, payment processing)
• Contribute to the visual merchandising support
• Use of retail management software for inventory and sales operations
• Achievement of individual and team sales goals

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in fashion or luxury retail
• Fluent in English, Russian is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Excel and retail systems
• High school diploma required;
  a degree in fashion or communication is a plus

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with retail management software
• Solid command of Excel
