Associate Family Law Attorney

Wagner & Bloch is a litigation and alternative dispute resolution boutique law firm focused on issues in domestic relations and family law. Our firm is located in Cincinnati, Ohio and we practice primarily in Ohio, with attorneys licensed in Kentucky and Illinois.

We are looking for a full‑time, entry–level or above associate attorney for our Blue Ash office. The office is centrally located and offers free parking.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
• Minimum three years of family law experience in Ohio
• Strong research, writing, litigation and motion practice skills
• Experience in out‑of‑court negotiations and settlement
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

The role involves handling a variety of family law matters, including divorce, dissolution, mediation, post‑decree litigation, child support and juvenile custody. The associate will prepare legal documentation, conduct research, represent clients in negotiations and settlement negotiations, and appear in court as required.
