Associate Consultant - Customer Advocacy (Business Analyst)

The Associate Consultant – Customer Advocacy will be responsible for:
Conducting business analysis to understand business processes, workflows, and requirements.
Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
Facilitating stakeholder discussions, workshops, interviews, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
Acting as a liaison between business users, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Supporting solution design, testing activities, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Assisting in the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and post-implementation reviews.
Supporting pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, solution demonstrations, effort estimations, and proposal preparation.
The ideal candidate should possess:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
Good understanding of requirement elicitation, business process modelling, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with requirements management tools and documentation standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
