Associate Director

As an Associate Director at Linesight, you will lead highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared sense of achievement. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the key account manager in the data centre team, developing client relationships based on partnership and trust.
• Utilize your business development skills to attract new clients and secure repeat projects with existing clients.
• Oversee key strategic client projects.
• Apply your extensive cost management experience to meet all project deliverables within contractual performance measures.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors.
• Foster top performance and growth among your team through excellent mentorship and leadership.
• Lead your team to deliver high-quality work and client value.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management within Data Centres.
• Possess 10+ years of experience in construction, with prior cost management experience in the data centre sector.
• Are confident in leading meetings with clients.
• Hold a degree or equivalent experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Are chartered and ideally a member of RICS.
• Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose, openness, and a positive attitude.
