Siamo alla ricerca di un/a giovane professionista per supportare il dipartimento di Financial Services , sede di Roma .
Il dipartimento presta consulenza di natura regolamentare e assistenza stragiudiziale ai principali player del settore finanziario, tra cui banche, società di gestione del risparmio, imprese di investimento, istituti di pagamento, istituti di moneta elettronica, italiani ed esteri, nelle tematiche relative ad esempio allo svolgimento delle attività, alla strutturazione e commercializzazione di prodotti, agli obblighi anti-riciclaggio.
La/il candidata/o ideale è un/a giovane avvocato/a con 2-3 anni di esperienza effettiva (pratica inclusa) nel settore (ivi inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo, servizi di investimento, servizi di pagamento, antiriciclaggio, credito al consumo, fondi di investimento), maturata presso boutique specializzate o primari studi legali. In particolare, ricerchiamo candidate/i che abbiano sviluppato la capacità di lavorare in team e su diversi progetti contemporaneamente. L'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata), flessibilità e curiositàcompletano il profilo della/del candidata/o ideale.
