Overview
PATRIZIA ITALY currently manages assets totalling around EUR 1 billion. Our assets have profiles ranging from core to value-add, predominantly in offices, logistic and student housing. Our activities include acquisition, asset management, repositioning, (re)development and disposal of real estate. Reporting to the Regional Head of Investment Management in Italy, the role is responsible for enhancing the performance of the portfolio through sustainable strategies and by leveraging PATRIZIA’s capabilities.
PATRIZIA is a leading partner for global Real Assets with operations around the world. It offers investment opportunities in real estate and infrastructure assets for institutional, semi-professional and private investors. The Foundation supports social responsibility, with activities across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the strategy for the assets in your portfolio, including an ESG action plan, DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis
- Proactively manage value-add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets
- Optimise the letting within the managed portfolio
- Monitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs
- Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations
- Drive digital and technical innovation to enhance the value of the portfolio
- Identify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trends
- Support the sales and acquisition process to achieve investment objectives
- Review and challenge valuations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team)
- Steer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers)
Key Requirements / Skills / Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in real estate, law or business economics
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in real estate
- Affinity with transactions and/or asset management
- Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate
- Well informed of local legislation applicable to real estate
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant network
- Ready to travel
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
- Resilient and well-organised multi-tasker and team player
- Comfortable within an evolving and international environment
- Proactive, flexible and assertive
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
