Associate, Leadership Residencies & Programmes,

Selion Global is a partner-led leadership advisory firm. Alongside our advisory work, we have built Paresa Collection: privately commissioned leadership residencies, intimate and intellectually serious, for those who shape what follows.

We are looking for an Associate to help shape and deliver these residencies, working fully remotely and closely with the firm's leadership. This is an early-career opportunity for someone with the right instincts and a few years behind them, with real room to grow as the platform does. The work runs from the design of each gathering through the relationships that sustain it, including the quiet, relationship-led business development on which it grows.

The role involves

• Helping shape the arc of each residency, its themes, dialogue, faculty, and setting, into something purposeful and quietly elevated
• Cultivating relationships with facilitators, institutions, and destination partners of genuine calibre
• Supporting relationship-led business development: identifying aligned clients and preparing considered, tailored materials, with no cold selling
• Holding the detail of delivery, so each residency unfolds with calm precision
• Ensuring every material and communication carries a coherent, refined tone

What matters

• Exceptional communication, written and spoken, with an editorial instinct for narrative, meaning, and tone
• Genuine digital fluency, at ease with digital and AI-enabled tools and quick to master new ones
• Pace and energy; you move quickly, respond promptly, and keep things in motion
• A background that combines impeccable taste with intellectual rigour: hospitality or management school training such as Les Roches, Glion, or EHL; experience in executive education or programmes at a leading business school such as INSEAD or IMD; luxury hospitality; or curated cultural programmes. A blend of the experiential and the intellectual is ideal.
• Cultural fluency in European leadership contexts, with an appreciation of Asian ones, and a relational, trust-based sensibility
• Calm judgement, discretion, and care for detail in a lean, senior-led setting
