Experteer Overview
In this Marketing Leader role, you will shape the ANI PH portfolio strategy and drive growth for the adult nutrition category. You’ll lead a cross-functional marketing team to build plans, strengthen brand equity, and increase market share while partnering with Hospital and HCP stakeholders. You’ll measure ROI, guide ethical marketing with HCPs, and develop KOL relationships to support scientific leadership. The role combines strategic planning, execution, and people development in a dynamic matrix environment, offering meaningful impact on patient nutrition.

- Develop annual marketing plans and best-in‑class execution for assigned brands and adult portfolio
- Lead ANI PH Hospital strategy to drive market share, scientific leadership, and downstream engagement
- Measure and report business performance; prioritize growth drivers for ROI
- Drive ethical marketing strategies/tools with Sales to win with HCPs and increase brand adoption
- Build partnerships with KOLs to secure advocacy and physician support
- Manage portfolio marketing budget with tracking and prioritization
- Lead monthly S&MOP with cross‑functional teams to meet KPIs
- Foster succession planning and development within the brand team
Responsabilità
- 10+ years of experience at an OTC company; experience with HCPs and DTC; FMCG a plus
