Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Take part to the SAP R/3 system implementation project (cleaning of master data, verification of migrated data, system testing).
- Create and update Standard work for SAP transactions
- Continuous training of warehouse and production staff on the use of the SAP system and related transactions
- Logistics After Sales Customer management from order receipt to delivery to the Customer (verification/updating of schedules, material procurement, production planning, customer logistics service, transport organization, customer portal management)
- Production material procurement (delivery schedules, delivery monitoring, incoming goods booking supplier visits)
- Cycle counting to ensure alignment between physical and accounting production materials stock
- Issuing transport documents and sales invoices.

Education and Qualifications
Education : High school
Professional background: The candidate must be able to interact with internal/external Customers, following the various logistical activities in the factory from order receipt to order fulfilment.
Skills and Competencies
Essential:
- MS Office package good knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
- English Language (Lev B1)
- Comfortable interacting with internal/external customers
Strongly Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of the logistics processes of a manufacturing company
- Experience in logistics
- Basic knowledge of the SAP R/3 management system
Soft skills:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with different Teams
- Hard working, able to work in stressful condition
