Role Overview

The Associated Partner acts as a senior Ambassador and strategic connector for FIT in NETWORK®. This is a secondary high‑level activity, designed for senior profiles wishing to leverage their network alongside their primary occupation. The model is entirely success‑based: no fixed remuneration, compensation only upon successful business outcomes.

Your Contribution

• Originate and develop Executive Recruitment and Interim Management opportunities within your network
• Connect C‑level decision‑makers with our community of over 30,000 professionals
• Facilitate high‑level introductions and strategic mandates
• Contribute to the development of our presence in Italy
• Collaborate with a selected circle of international Associated Partners

What You Will Do

• Develop interim and recruitment solutions for your network by offering access to an internationally known network of competences
• Connect decision‑makers with our international candidates and community of over 30,000 professionals
• Support Executive Recruitment & Interim Management projects in your country
• Collaborate with us on our international footprint through a strong internal network of Associate Partners

Profile We Search For

• 15+ years in senior corporate roles
• 10+ years based in Switzerland
• Currently active as an executive, consultant, or entrepreneur
