Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the global product portfolio for HOFFMAN climate control, industrial, and commercial lines. Drive cross‑functional product improvements, support product development, and own the product portfolio. Provide technical product support and expertise to customers, sales teams, and field technicians. Maintain product data integrity; provide training, technical advice, and support sales efforts by understanding HVAC applications, features, and solutions. Assist with product life‑cycle management from ideation, development, introduction, maturity, and obsolescence. Foster activities to improve product line performance, including revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, quality, and delivery. Lead new product set‑up processes through item creation, data validation, and system proliferation. Support marketing aspects of product definition, development, pricing, market introduction, sales tools, and promotion plans. Provide ongoing product support and guidance to supply, quality, and production organizations. Serve as subject‑matter authority for assigned product lines for internal and external audiences. Maintain accurate product data and ensure proper product usage. Conduct market research, analysis, and competitive intelligence to provide recommendations for existing products, new technologies, and emerging markets. Coordinate and assess competitive products and programs, communicating key findings to drive action. Provide consulting on product applications and upgrades to improve customer satisfaction. Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Thermal Engineering, or Management Engineering (preferred). 2+ years’ experience in product marketing or product management. Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally. Knowledge of industrial sales channels, including distribution and manufacturer’s representatives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERPs, and other technical software. Experience with industrial manufacturing, automation, and/or automotive markets preferred. Understanding of basic product management processes. Validated mechanical proficiency. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including active listening. Analytical skills to interpret data and financial models and draw accurate conclusions. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Pay
Annual Gross Compensation Range: EUR 40,000 – 48,000. Additional compensation may be available based on discretionary incentives and collective bargaining agreements. Benefits
