Associate Specialist Operational Excellence
Location: Borgo San Michele – Latina. 12‑month fixed term contract. Overview
As an Operational Excellence Associate Specialist, you will join a dynamic team focused on improving operational performance through Lean methodologies, data analytics, digital transformation, and sharing best practices across pharmaceutical operations. Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and performance improvements. Develop and apply statistical models and analytical tools to identify opportunities and make improvements visible. Support Lean manufacturing practices, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence initiatives across the site. Design and participate in structured site performance management system (scorecard, dashboard, KPI, root‑cause problem‑solving). Participate in structured problem‑solving activities to eliminate losses. Collaborate with local and global stakeholders in a dynamic multicultural environment. Support the adoption of data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement practices. Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Scientific Disciplines, or related field. Analytical mindset and interest in data‑driven decision‑making. Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools. Familiarity with statistical methods and analytical models. Understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) concepts. Knowledge of Lean methodologies and Continuous Improvement principles. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities. English proficiency at B1 level or above. Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing environments preferred. Basic understanding of GMP requirements. Experience with SAP, SQL, Power BI or similar analytics platforms. Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Ability to engage stakeholders and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Benefits
