Atlassian Expert

TXT Quence , part of the TXT Group , is looking for an Atlassian Expert to join its expanding team, with advanced experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing the Atlassian ecosystem. The selected professional will support clients in the governance and evolution of Atlassian platforms, contributing to digital transformation initiatives, Cloud migrations, and integration with DevOps toolchains.

Main responsibilities

• Configure and administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence;
• Contribute to migration projects from Server/Data Center to Cloud environments;
• Design and implement end‑to‑end solutions integrating CI/CD pipelines and Test Automation tools;
• Support process review and optimization for requirements management, bug tracking, release management, test management, and IT Service Management;
• Configure advanced solutions using third‑party plugins;
• Develop automations and customizations using ScriptRunner;
• Manage marketplace apps and participate in technical evaluations of plugins.

Technical skills required

• 3–5 years of experience administering Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence;
• Experience with Server/Data Center → Cloud migrations;
• Strong expertise in installing, configuring, and upgrading Atlassian instances;
• Scripting experience with ScriptRunner;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Optional technical skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Programming capabilities in at least one major language (e.g., Java, Python).
• Experience with Xray Test Management.
• Linux system administration knowledge.

The profile is completed by a good attitude towards collaboration and teamwork, customer focus and the ability to understand business needs, clear and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, an analytical and solution‑oriented approach, and a sense of responsibility towards activities and results.

Education

High School Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent subjects.
