As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans. We are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.
Position Overview Autograph & Relics Coordinator (full‑time, on‑site, Assago, Italy). The coordinator ensures that the physical components of trading cards—signatures and memorabilia—move seamlessly between partners, athletes, and the warehouse, handling and safeguarding the raw materials of sports history.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate directly with global cross‑functional teams to manage the outbound and inbound shipment of stickers and relics to agencies and players, ensuring athletes receive their items for signing on schedule.
Manage the end‑to‑end process of receiving and shipping autograph and relic shipments, including printing labels, packing boxes securely, and preparing shipments for dispatch while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Act as the primary point of contact for external couriers, overseeing pickup schedules, tracking high‑value shipments, resolving transit issues, and supporting international shipments with an understanding of customs regulations and documentation requirements.
Maintain meticulous records of all inventory movements using internal systems (including AirTable, Card in Reporting, and Oracle), ensuring all sticker and relic inventory is logged with 100% accuracy.
Assist in the physical management of the warehouse, including organizing, cataloging, and securing inventory for easy retrieval and proper accounting.
Perform rigorous quality control checks on stickers and finished cards, ensuring signatures are clear and relics meet premium brand standards.
Manage office and warehouse supplies, overseeing stationery and shipping material inventory to support daily operations.
Skills and Experience Required
Strong professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively with international teams and partners.
Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple shipments, records, and processes accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain data integrity.
Experience with shipping and logistics processes, including packing, labeling, and coordinating shipments; familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations is highly desirable.
Comfort with data management and inventory tracking systems; experience with tools such as AirTable, Card in Reporting, or Oracle is a plus.
Demonstrated reliability and ability to handle high‑value or sensitive inventory with care and accountability.
