About The Team

As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans. Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.
We are seeking an Autograph & Relics Coordinator to work full‑time, on‑site in our Assago, Italy office. In this role, the coordinator will ensure that the physical components of trading cards—signatures and memorabilia—move seamlessly between partners, athletes, and the warehouse. This position plays a critical role in handling and safeguarding the raw materials of sports history.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate directly with global cross‑functional teams to manage outbound and inbound shipment of stickers and relics to agencies and players. Ensure athletes receive their items for signing on schedule.
Manage the end‑to‑end process of receiving and shipping autograph and relic shipments. This includes printing labels, packing boxes securely, and preparing shipments for dispatch while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Act as the primary point of contact for external couriers. Oversee pickup schedules, track high‑value shipments, and resolve transit issues to maintain strict production timelines. Support international shipments with an understanding of customs regulations and documentation requirements.
Maintain meticulous records of all inventory movements using internal systems (including AirTable, Card in Reporting, and Oracle). Ensure all sticker and relic inventory is logged with 100% accuracy.
Assist in the physical management of the warehouse, including organizing, cataloging, and securing inventory to ensure all items are easily retrievable and properly accounted for.
Perform rigorous quality control checks on stickers and finished cards, ensuring signatures are clear and relics meet premium brand standards.
Manage office and warehouse supplies, including overseeing stationery and shipping material inventory to support daily operations.
Skills And Experience Required
- Strong professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively with international teams and partners.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple shipments, records, and processes accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain data integrity.
- Experience with shipping and logistics processes, including packing, labeling, and coordinating shipments. Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations is highly desirable.
- Comfort working with data management and inventory tracking systems; experience with tools such as AirTable, Card in Reporting, or Oracle is a plus.
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to handle high‑value or sensitive inventory with care and accountability.
