Project Manager – Automotive Design
SEDE: Torino (Italy)
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor technical activities of the engineering team
- Coordinate project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines
- Support the lead engineer in daily activities (acting as “right‑hand”)
- Identify critical issues and propose continuous improvement solutions
- Conduct regular alignment sessions with the team to ensure effective communication
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Contribute to the planning of new projects or manage potential delays
- Collaborate with various stakeholders in a dynamic, challenging environment
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 3–4 years of engineering experience focused on design
- Good English language skills
- Experience with CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office
- Problem‑solving attitude, determination, and teamwork skills
