Automotive Health and Safety Specialist • Padova, Veneto, IT

Responsibilities
Monitor site performance against set KPIs and create plans to improve processes
Set up workplace health and safety programmes and arrange training sessions
Analyse safety metrics and incident trends to help colleagues plan appropriate resources for areas with the highest risk
Carry out audits to ensure site compliance with relevant health and safety laws and implement solutions where risks are identified
Spot potential issues and identify opportunities for improvement by working closely with people across the business to gather data and develop smarter, safer ways to work
Set up training and other programmes to help everyone follow new safety processes and reach new standards
Collaborate with managers, associates and local governments across sites to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and legal regulations
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent level of qualification in line with the European Qualifications Framework (EFQ)
Understanding of Italian Environment, Health and Safety legislation
Advanced proficiency in Italian and English
Experience of planning or managing environmentally conscious initiatives
