B2 Licensed Engineer

Job Title: B2 Licensed Engineer. Location: Vergiate, Italy. Rate: Competitive Pay. Employment Type: Contract. Start Date: Immediate.

Role Conditions: Contract Length: Until end of the year / likely extension into next year.

Shift Pattern: 06:00 – 14:45 / 14:00 – 22:45. 40 hours per week. 45‑minute break deduction. Hours may vary depending on workload/job cards.

Overtime: Available when required.

Travel: Up to €250 travel expenses at start/end of contract.

Accommodation: Not provided.

About the Role

JMC Aviation is seeking experienced B2 Licensed Engineers to support ATP testing operations on the AW189 final assembly line in Vergiate, Italy. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a leading rotary‑wing aircraft production environment supporting advanced helicopter programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ATP testing on AW189 helicopters
• Conduct electrical and avionics system checks
• Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues as required
• Ensure all work is completed in line with maintenance procedures and safety standards
• Complete all associated documentation accurately and on time

Candidate Requirements

• Valid EASA Part-66 B2 Licence
• Previous AW helicopter experience
• ATP testing experience
• Ability to work shifts as required
• English or Italian language skills
• Previous AW facility experience
• Good attention to detail and adherence to procedures
